My mortgage advisor is Lynsey Masters, and I am days away from completing my first property purchase. I cannot recommend Lynsey enough. She's has been trusted presence throughout the overwhelming process. She immediately understood the intricacies of my income and financial situation, and has been able to find the best mortgage offer for me. From day one, Lynsey has been in constant contact with myself, answering all of my many questions and helping me make sense of everything. She kept track of rates going down with my mortgage lender and has secured an updated offer at the lowest rates available throughout. Lynsey has also patiently held my hand and sorted out surveyors, insurances, and all things related to the purchase of a property and requirements that come with it afterwards. Highly recommend James & JRM Mortgage Solutions! I used their services as a first time buyer, when I re-mortgaged and recently for advice on & help with transferring to a tracker mortgage. James has always made the process very easy and taken the stress out of the minefield of mortgages! James’ communication is second to none. Will definitely be using JRM in the future.
