They were supportive throughout the entire process and secured us a better deal than two previous brokers had been able to achieve. Kieran initially reached out with genuinely helpful information before we had even decided to proceed with Watt Mortgage. Once we did, Josh clearly explained each step of the mortgage process and regularly checked in with updates. Every deadline they set was met, often ahead of schedule. The team were always quick to respond via WhatsApp or phone whenever we needed them. Buying a home comes with a lot of moving parts. He's been great at explaining the process thoroughly, answering any questions even ones that might sound "stupid" and has been incredibly quick in his response times. The company uses WhatsApp to communicate which has actually worked well. Josh has been brilliant with our case and has communicated effectively with our conveyancer and lender. Josh submitted the mortgage application last week after having a Zoom meeting with us. During the meeting he was thorough and went through the appropriate mortgage term and options for our budget. We've just received our mortgage offer and we're really happy with how everything went. Highly recommend Watt mortgage and especially Josh!

I worked with Josh and he was incredibly supportive throughout the whole process, which really helped as I was pretty nervous about buying my first place.
