We were referred to Mia by a friend and she was absolutely fantastic across the entire process for our first house purchase. We had a detailed initial consultation which demonstrated her professionalism from the get go. Once we needed the mortgage application, Mia was communicative, clear and very helpful. She even provided us regular better rates as they changed. No hidden fees and a reasonable price for her services. We would definitely come back to Mia and Chestnut Mortgages in future. Mia was wonderful at remortgaging for me. On enquiry she responded quickly. She set meetings around my work schedule. I have a busy work schedule and she was very flexible to set meetings around that. She gave me all the information I needed and let me ask as many questions as possible. She was very friendly and easy to talk to. This is the best experience I have had with a mortgage advisor. I highly recommend using her.

We have used Nahid a few times now for our mortgage, our most recent was to purchase our current home, we found our dream house  we had a buyer (lost buyer) then my husband lost his job (and quickly got a new one) found a new buyer but we then worried we wouldn't be able to get a mortgage but Nahid reassured us we could this get one. Most mortgage advisor would give up at this point but Nahid continued to work with us and got us what we needed. Even late night phone calls and emails when we had a hundred questions to ask him he never complained and always answered as best he could even after he secured us our mortgage. Fast forward to exchange and completion and our solicitors were not very helpful, we had a deadline to meet and Nahid along with Mia chased daily right down to exchange of contracts. We can't thank both of them enough for helping us achieve our dream home. Thank you Nahid and Mia.

Nahid is Amazing, he was our mortgage advisor at the mortgage hut when we bought our first house through shared ownership and he always goes above and beyond. When we were due to remortgage we managed to track him down as he was fantastic and we didn't want to go with anybody else, he got us the best deal as always and made the process effortless as he took care of all the questions from the lender and always gives fantastic communication throughout the process. At the beginning of 2024, me and my wife were talking about moving house, but we didn't think we could afford it, so we got on the phone to Nahid and he talked us through all our options... Fast forward to December 2024 when I'm writing this review and we have just moved into our forever home, thanks to the help of Nahid and also Mia at Chestnut mortgages, they are passionate about their job and they genuinely enjoy helping people and I will continue to use them in the future and recommend them to anyone. Thank you again guys.
