As first-time buyers, we had no idea where to even start - he went above and beyond to explain everything to us in an accessible and understandable way, adding a personal touch throughout. We had a WhatsApp chat set up where we asked so many questions, and he would regularly reach out to see how things were progressing. Even when we had questions regarding the process that were totally outside of Dean's remit, we went to him for advice and he always came through. He even managed to get our mortgage deal switched out right at the last minute to a lower rate and saved us about £100 a month on our mortgage! We will not be letting any of our friends or family use anyone other than Dean / Avant Garde in the future when they're buying homes, and we will certainly be getting in touch with him again in the future!
