Couldn't recommend Ben enough! He was my aunt's Mortgage Broker and helped her with her house purchase. My aunt then recommended him to my mum who he also found a mortgage for and she bought her house. My mum then recommended his services for my partner and I though our case was far from straightforward. I was not exactly hopeful we'd be able to get a mortgage at this time in our situation but Ben managed to get us a mortgage through his persistence and did not give up until we found a lender!
