My case ended up being quite complex with a number of issues along the way, but Mike always made everything seem straightforward and manageable. He was incredibly responsive, always getting back to calls and messages within hours, and was consistently helpful, patient and reassuring throughout the whole process. He explained everything clearly and worked hard to find solutions whenever challenges came up. Honestly, working with Mike was the easiest part of our whole house move. I worked with Tom, and it was genuinely a pleasure…something that cannot usually be said for remortgaging. He was proactive, professional and above All, personable.
