Rob has been great. A scenario that felt so complicated and too big for us to tackle on our own was made so much easier and simpler by his approach. I would highly recommend Rob! As a first time buyer the process felt daunting at first and i had a lack knowledge with the process. From the get go Rob took time to thoroughly explain the process and set up a meeting with time best suited for us, since then he has helped apply for our mortgage on our behalf, life insurance and recommendations for house insurance. He provided regular updates and clear communication in forms of messages, emails and videos so we understood terminology and various options- every step of the way!
