Managed to find me a good car. However, they did say they will be doing the rest of the work (communicating with the bank, and communicating with the dealership). There were so many miscommunications so I had to communicate with the dealership myself. Even the dealership was quite annoyed about that. Before buying the car everyone was so friendly especially Megan. Now that I have gotten the car, Megan has been really rude.

Absolutely dreadful. Theyre all pally pally when they want to make their commission and then as soon as its signed you cant get hold of them. Im absolutely fuming. And then they say if you want to cancel its 300 pound cancellation fee. Im actually annoyed at myself for not listening to these reviews and going by the good ones. Everything seemed great and then now I have questions, I cannot get hold of them. Called their number was waiting 40 mins for someone to answer. Called a different number and waited 20. And the funniest part is that the waiting tone is a recorded voice message explaining how theyre number one in customer service and that they are there for the customers. That theyre hassle free hahaha holarious. Customer service is horrendous.. reply to this message and arrange for someone to call me, like I have been asking for over and over

At first I was very scared and apprehensive especially after seeing some poor reviews but I thank God I didn't have any issues everything went smoothly I received my car after a few days and it was in excellent condition. I'm still happy with it even after 2 months. I'm so happy with everything
