Paul was incredible during what I thought would be a straightforward remortgage and equity transfer. However, it became surprisingly complex at times. We were referred to Paul by a close friend, and wow — I genuinely couldn’t be more taken aback by how exceptional he is at his job. He switched lenders, secured us the best possible rate, and even went out of his way to speak directly with lender representatives to explain our situation, particularly around commission-based income. This level of dedication went far beyond what we expected. We were also trying to buy our home during an incredibly difficult time for our family after losing a significant loved one. Combined with uncertainty around how lenders would view our income, it often felt like the purchase might never happen. I will never forget a message Paul sent us during this time: “We’ll get this house.” That reassurance meant more than he’ll ever know and gave us the strength to keep going. I honestly cannot thank Paul and his team enough. I would recommend Paul and Explore Mortgages to anyone considering buying or remortgaging their home. He takes the stress away entirely, and I can confidently say that buying our home hasn’t been stressful at all — and 99% of that is down to Paul. I don’t think many people can say that about buying a house, and that’s because they didn’t have Paul in their corner!

This is the second time I have requested Paul for his services. he has made something that is so daunting of getting and renewing and mortgage so easy and straight forward finding me the best offer and being straight to the point.
