I couldn't recommend the staff highly enough... We have had the privilege of Sam working tirelessly, diligently, patiently and with the utmost professionalism, on our behalf, to get us to our end goal. Her regular updates, keeping us informed at every step of the process, ensured we were aware of every stage of development. The expertise and knowledge demonstrated left us in no doubt as to her ability in concluding the sale, despite several setbacks, during which she maintained her calm, yet authoritative, demeanour. After what I perceived to be a lengthy process (whilst being reassured to trust the process!) we finally exchanged, and can only thank Sam's determination and resilience for this result. Billy also had the tough task of dealing with us in Sam's absence and rose to the challenge admirably. Definitely a company to be recommended, as the calibre of staff is exceptional - Thank you, all.

We’ve just completed on our new bungalow and I can’t thank Harvey Brooks enough — especially Billy, who was outstanding throughout the whole process. We were actually about to head back to Essex during our relocation search when this bungalow appeared. It was a last‑minute viewing request and Billy somehow made it happen. That single viewing changed everything for us. From that moment on, Billy’s communication was consistently polite, professional and genuinely reassuring. He kept us updated at every stage and made what could have been a very stressful experience feel manageable. There were a few bumps along the way, but Billy was calm, supportive and always on top of things. We also had help from Sam and Charlotte, who were equally polite and professional whenever we spoke with them. Having the valuation was the beginning of our house sale journey. A lovely lady named Ella, then called to take pics ready for posting on the website. Once the sale board went up it all seemed very real. The viewing appointments came thick and fast and then we accepted a full asking price offer. Harvey Brooks were great in advising us every step of the way and sometimes, more information was given from their office than the solicitors office! They were so calm and professional in all their dealings with us and this was greatly appreciated and their communication was second to none. The whole set up from Harvey Brooks is professional and confident in every way, from beginning to end and helped us massively in our sale process. I went to the same school as the owner Harvey. He was the same then as he is now; genuine, honest with zero arrogance. Throughout the sale Harvey checked in with me at regular intervals, gave sound advice and respectfully didn't always agree with my opinion. There was no sales pitch as Harvey voiced a structured plan in general conversation. The staff team are extremely pleasant, helpful and thorough, especially Billy.
