I had a very disappointing experience with this letting agency. As an Indian tenant, I felt that I was treated differently compared to others during my interactions with the staff. Communication was often dismissive and unhelpful, and certain comments and behaviors made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Instead of receiving the professional service I expected, I was left feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and fairness regardless of their background. Unfortunately, this agency did not provide that experience for me. I hope the agency reflects on how they treat tenants and works to improve their professionalism and inclusivity in the future.

Manisha has been very helpful throughout the journey. She’s done our mortgage when we bought first house 8-9 years back and we couldn’t be more happier with her service and we had to go back to her again on our next purchase . Very informative , reliable and very very responsive, professional throughout the process. Highly recommend !

My husband and I had a very disappointing experience with P2M Properties. We called them about a flat that was listed as available, and they confirmed it was and even gave us a day for viewing. Later, they told us the current tenants had renewed the contract. However, the same property stayed listed online. When we called again from a different number the next day, they said it had just been taken 20 minutes ago. It felt misleading and unprofessional. We wasted time and effort because of the inconsistent information.

I was looking to relocate from central London and came across an advert from P2M Properties for a newly developed property. I responded to it late at night and I heard back the following morning with a tentative viewing date a couple of days later. I arrived nearly half hour early and the agent, Adam, did not make me wait and showed me the property immediately. He was brilliant and really friendly and explained all the details. I already knew I wanted to proceed so that same morning I paid the holding deposit and from then on, everything was taken care of by the lettings manager, Daren. He was exceptional and processed the whole application at incredible pace. A few days after the viewing I paid my deposit, had my contract and a moving date agreed for a date two weeks later. Daren has communicated everything really clearly and was super quick to respond to all my queries. Due to the storm, which untimely arrived on the day of my moving, caused havoc and due to train cancellations, my personal belongings and all my stuff arrived at the property I did. Unfortunately, it could not be left at the reception area as there was nowhere to leave it. The moving company refused to wait and were going to take all my stuff back to their HQ but then Daren, who was waiting at the property to meet me, kindly stepped in and not only accepted the delivery, but he also kindly took all of my boxes and equipment to the apartment. He truly went out of his way and made my moving day smooth and pleasant and it would have gone all wrong without his help. With that in mind, I'd happily recommend P2M Properties to anyone looking to find their new home. Thank you Guys for being absolutely awesome!!
