My relationship with staff at Hillier Hopkins stretches back over 20 years. That’s because they employ the most skilled, reliable and professional team of accountants and staff; folks who’ve dealt with every aspect of my financial affairs - business and personal - with such care, attention to detail and throughness no matter how complex an issue. They understand that priorities and situations change, and dynamically advise in way that has genuinely put me in advantageous positions down the years, and best equipped to deal with changing tax law too. As a result, I’ve simply never experienced any issues that distract me from the business of running a business or changing personal circumstances. That’s incredibly reassuring. They’re also genuinely friendly and super-approachable, which for someone with embarrassingly simple questions like me, is a godsend! I can't thank this company enough. Having tried previous accountants who either didn't get back to me or gave me wrong advice, Hillier Hopkins relieved my stress anxiety by giving me accurate information on my mom's Trust. Debbie was prompt in retuning my call when she said she would and gave me simple and detailed information which not only potentially saved me money but took pressure off me at a time when I really needed it. It is rare today to find a company with no ulterior gain to be so helpful and approachable. I would highly recommend them as a company.

We've been with Hillier Hopkins LLP from 2019 to 2023 and deeply regretted choosing them. They are more expensive than most accountants, and the quality of their work is average at best. During our time with them, we had to deal with quality issues ranging from typos in addresses to numbers being incorrectly entered in our annual accounts. If you choose them be prepared to double check everything they do (and your bank account as we also had the issue of them increasing fees without notifying us!).

Debbie Wilson at Hiller Hopkins is outstanding. She gives clear and understandable information whether it is tax, trust or wealth. She has a rare friendly and supportive manner in this type of business. Any major financial decision is always better made after a conversation with her.
