I am a mortgage adviser. UKC legal have been acting on a particularly awkward/complex specialist lender remortgage case for one of my clients. I can t thank Steve enough, he has gone above and beyond with the level of communication, he has managed expectations well, while doing everything in his power to get the case over the line in a reasonable timeframe, despite the awkwardness of the lender we were dealing with. UKC will certainly be my preferred conveyancers going forward!

I have not been able to get in contact with my solicitor for 5 weeks now. None of my emails are being replied to and every time i call their office they say the solicitor will call me back which has been a lie. I have no reply from them and my estate agent is calling me to get updates as they can not get hold of my solicitor. I have been given wrong information from them previously telling me that they await a second management pack which was confirmed to be untrue. I am paying £3K for a solicitor that i cannot get hold of. I called the office and asked how i can make a complaint and they couldn't answer it. DO NOT GO FOR THEM!!

We are completely disappointed . We waited a month for someone to answer us, almost daily emails did not help, when I called, a woman picked up the phone and politely said, "I'll pass it on and they'll call you back," but no one ever called back. They say that we are in a queue and there are a lot of clients, why take others if you are already busy.They promised us that they would notify us of any updates. Unfortunately, another month has passed since the search began and no one has written anything.
