Jo has been an amazing mortgage broker during my first time buy. She has constantly gone above and beyond during the process, ensuring that I was getting the best rate and re-applying for my mortgage when the interest had gone down. She also took it upon herself to ring my mortgage lender directly to find out what was holding up the process when my solicitors failed to provide me with information. She always took the time and effort to ensure that the process and ‘jargon’ were broken down easily, which was really beneficial to a first time buyer such as myself. She ensured to check in on how my purchase was going regularly and was always ready to explain anything I didn’t understand. She has been the only part of this ordeal that has been constant and stress-free, and I could not recommend her enough!

I really have to sing Jo's praises here. she was recommended to me and honestly not sure I would have gone through with purchasing a house if it wasn't for her. In fact she worked really hard to make sure it was possible. She was one of 4 advisors from different organisations I spoke to and she was the only one I felt was being absolutely transparent with information and trying to get me the best deal. I'm a details person so I have to understand what I am getting into before I commit, which requires patience. She was the only one who mentioned the option of a ported mortgage to keep my rate down, clever! She made enquiries on my behalf going above and beyond and was supportive throughout the buying process which I can tell you was very stressful in other areas. Would highly recommend Ivy Mortgages to anyone looking to buy or sell their property! Jo was recommended to us through a friend and was so supportive to us from the get go! Being first time buyers myself and my partner were a little unsure in how to get the ball rolling & start the process in applying for our mortgage in principle, but Jo was so supportive and explained everything so well to us! Jo took her time to inform us and advise on all the different aspects of our mortgage process all the way up to the end! Joanne has been fantastic during this whole process from my transfer of equity, and getting me into a new deal near the end of my term at lightning speed.
