After calling over 10 mortgage brokers and they all said its not possible to qualify us for the cost of the property we wanted. I later contacted Northants Mortgages and Simon Shefford was very helpful and showed very good knowledge of his job. After sending our documents over and going through affordability checks, he said we meet the affordability to proceed for the property we wanted.i was a bit uncertain during this process due to my experience with the other brokers I have previously spoken with.He kept reassuring us that he see no reason why we shouldn't qualify.
