11 Feb 2026I cannot recommend this company enough. Before I spoke to Louise I had been passed to two different company’s with no luck or help. Louise was an absolute superstar. She was kind and understood what I needed from the start.We got meetings arranged in quick time. I Always had an immediate response from her if I asked questions and she got the job done within 2 weeks. She was helpful and knew what she was doing. I would absolutely recommend 100%. Louise is a breath of fresh air and would not go anywhere else.

Gen gave great explanations to all my questions of which there was many as a first time buyer. Also found excellent alternative solution when a change in circumstances occurred. No fee as well which is a massive plus.
