I genuinely cannot praise my experience enough with Indigo Works enough. Getting our first ever mortgage was an experience that me and my wife had built up as scary, over whelming and we had no real chance of success. So we went into the exercise with no real hope. That changed within the first few minutes of meeting Scott. Scott was incredibly professional but so personable. He was so reassuring, honest and upfront. His confidence and charm made me and my wife believe that actually….we might get a mortgage! Our credit rating was less than perfect, a lot less than perfect. We were a little embarrassed about that too but Scott didn’t judge. He took the time to go through our statements, work out our finances against our income and told us he could help. He did! Within a matter of days, my wife and I were in the car when Scott’s number was ringing. Still being nervous he immediately starting the conversation with ‘Congratulations’. Genuinely one of the happiest moments of our lives! From start to finish Scott made the process simple, stress-free and actually enjoyable! We were so impressed we used him again 2 years later to re-mortgage when the outstanding rate he got us ran out. He had us sorted within less than 48 hours. Again, the rate was unbelievable in very difficult market conditions. I can’t recommend Scott and Indigo Works enough.
