Where to start. We were first time buyers, as foster carers and someone with a relatively new business we quickly discovered that getting a mortgage was not going to be easy. Brogan McKay was recommended to us and that introduction is probably the most important introduction we’ve had in the last few years. I cannot praise Brogan highly enough. Her work ethic is outstanding. Not only did she manage to find us a mortgage but she managed to do so quickly. When the bank changed their lending criteria and wanted a higher deposit, she managed to pivot and find us another provider. Our first purchase fell through and again she managed to get everything sorted for our next house. We knew nothing about buying a house but she made the process easy, stress free and straight forward. Everything was always done with a sense of good humour and an easy way. Brogan gives 100% to her work and it shows. She was always there ready to answer questions with infinite patience, sometimes the same one over and over again. We were never left waiting on anything. If she had information, we had it straight it away. Everything was done to a high standard and communication between her and the bank, the lawyers, insurance companies and anyone else involved was quick and relayed to us straight away. The headline here is that Brogan does her job amazingly. The important part for anyone reading this is that she is someone that you will enjoy dealing with. We spoke with brokers who were condescending, full of their own importance, took ages to call us back or wanted to book us in for appointments weeks down the line etc. Buying a house is the most stressful thing you can do and Brogan by virtue of the kind of person she is, brought that down to a minimum. If you are nervous about buying a house or dreading the stress or need someone that’s going to go that extra mile to get you what you need, save yourself the effort a load of stress and go straight for Brogan. We have our literal dream home thanks to Brogan. I can’t recommend her highly enough.
