DONT GO THERE, please read and do not use this company! This review will, hopefully, help prospective sellers from wasting lots of time and lots of money. We hope you learn from our mistakes! We only wish we had read the reviews before signing with them! Bruce & Co have failed us in every aspect of our business sale. They survive purely on taking large sums of money, (supposedly for advertising). In our year with Bruce & Co we have had no viewings, poor advertising and unprofessional service. There first contact is purely to get a contract signed and £3000 deposit. Once this has been achieved its all down hill! We have been in business many years and dealt with various companies, but never have we been more disappointed. We could write a book on this as the faults are so numerous, but we can only hope that these few words will save someone the money and misery that we have gone through!

Did NOT use Bruce&Co. They took £3k from me and in 5 months have produced NO marketing or sales literature and have failed completely. I am now in a battle to get back MY money. They haven’t responded to me for 2 months and I’m at now had to go to a solicitor. 😡😡😡

Bruce & Co were acting for us but taking purchases instructions over ours even when we were paying the fees. Dragged the sale over 6 months with no completion date in sight. I had enough and pulled out. Bruce & Co billed me 4k for pulling out. Tread carefully make sure you read the small print with this lot!!

Worst company I have ever dealt with after being in business for over 40 years. They do the minimum amount of work and charge a fortune for the pleasure over 5 years, no sale, no offers, no viewings and still have the cheek to ask for £1,200 to stop using their services! (What service) just out to take as much as they can from you, and after speaking to management about the poor service I was basically told it was tough luck and that i would still have to pay the termination fee as was in contract. Do not touch this company if your looking to sell, far better companies doing much better jobs for less money. So bad they even changed their name!

I cannot recommend Mike from Bruce & Co highly enough. He has recently dealt with the sale of my sister-in-laws business, throughout the whole process he has been totally committed to achieve the very best outcome for us. He has been 100% dedicated at all times, keeping us informed of everything that went on and I can honestly say that without the outstanding efforts of Mike and the solicitor, Jacqueline Ireland of Macgregor Thomson Limited, the sale of the property would never have completed.
