This was a totally different experience from the other letting agencies I have dealt with. Firstly, one-on-one viewings rather than the crush of group viewing that seem to be the norm. Rick, who showed me the property, was knowledgeable and helpful, and I did not feel rushed. Secondly, the paperwork was dealt with swiftly and beautifully by Mar. Finally, move in day was made easy with a comprehensive hand-over at the flat. I couldn't be happier with the service provided by At Home in Edinburgh - thank you!

5 Aug 2025We were moved from renting directly from the landlady to At Home in Edinburgh almost a year ago. The process was smooth and straight forward, our concerns about the flat were listened to and overall we were put at ease. They are also very fast and efficient when it comes to repairs or any other issues and above all they are very honest and friendly to deal with, especially Lauren who's looking after us. I can highly recommend them to anyone, they are definitely one of the best in Edinburgh.
