I have 3 properties managed by Lara letting and have nothing but praise for the service received. I was extremely disappointed to say the least with the negative review left by the outgoing tenant who have left the property in a very poor condition and damage to the fabric of the building. The team are currently resolving the issue and I am more than confident that the same high level of service will be maintained.

I’ve used Lara Lettings as my property agents for the last 5yrs. I’ve always found them to be professional, trustworthy and super helpful. They are also courteous and timely in their responses to any queries I’ve had, and most importantly, maintained a high level of scrutiny when identifying and recommending prospective tenants. I’ve seen the negative reviews that have been left, I can say with certainty that that has definitely not been my experience, nor the experience of multiple other landlords I know who also use Lara Lettings as their agent. My assumption/belief is that these negative reviews can only have been provided by either prospective tenants who have been refused tenancy because they didn’t meet the required expectations, or maybe tenants who have been the cause of their own issues - who knows. After all, folk are more likely to leave negative feedback out of spite, than leave positive feedback when things tick along as they should do - which I’m sure is the experience of the vast majority with Lara Lettings. I definitely wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them as a first class property agent.
