From our first meeting we were impressed by the level of interest taken in our house and the enthusiasm for marketing it. Gary was not only very knowledgeable about the local property market; he also proved very proactive when dealing with our requirements. The property listing was first rate. Plenty of high quality photographs and a good use of technology to provide an excellent 3D walk around for prospective buyers. Our listing appeared on all the primary property sites online. Remax use the app Street.co.uk. Which if you are not familiar with it, updates you with information about viewings booked and completed amongst other things. It’s an excellent way to keep abreast of progress. We had a very healthy uptake as a result with around a dozen viewers in as many days and a closing date within a fortnight achieving a price in excess of our expectations. We cannot recommend Gary and Remax more highly to you.
