Ramsdens - Union Street - Aberdeen

I went into Ramsdens with a load of jewellery which I had inherited from my grandmother and my mum. There was a mix of gold, silver and unidentified metal. None of it was to my taste so I decided to sell it. Reagan was very helpful and even though there were quite a few items that needed testing to establish what they were made of, she was polite and cheerful throughout. This is the second time I have used Ramsdens to sell unwanted jewellery and it has been a simple process all the way through. I would happily recommend them.

We felt like we were in an expensive jewellers, the customer care was outstanding. Teddy took great care in assisting us to get the perfect ring and the right sizing. The ring was purchased, resized at Northen Diamond and on my finger within an hour of walking into Ramsdens. I'd recommend Ramsdens on Union Street to anyone. Preowned jewellery is great value of money and a form of recycling too. We will definitely be back to purchase a wedding band.
