Very helpful more than happy to visit there again if i have to its a good thing people have that to help them

No service at all i have been letting my phone ring for hours with no one picking up. I then emailed them and you fill in a form and tells you that it will take 10 - 12 weeks to get back to you - shocking 😒

So you have to wait about 20min in order to get connected to someone, only to be told that they are not an advisor and they can only take down your details, and that the average wait time for an advisor to contact you is 10-12 working weeks. How is that fare ? Edit as in response to your answer: Yes, I did make an enquire and gave all of thr details over the phone earlier today, but I am yet awaiting to receive a confirmation email that you guys have logged my querry

Excellent caring staff who were very supportive & gave sound practical advice & much needed reasurrance. Was disappointed @ some folks impatience while waiting to be seen -- they should appreciate the free advice & professional attitude of the staff who do a brilliant job.
