16 Sept 2025This guy is AMAZING. His remote diagnosis tool is BRILLIANT ( just follow some simple instructions, no special skills required ). The diagnostic report he supplied a couple days later was very professional and detailed, clearly explaining his conclusions and recommendations. Saved me hundreds of pounds potentially scrapping and replacing a dead running deck that was only 3 years old. I recommend you try Jon Isaacs before booking a call out engineer. My running deck is now working again like it was new.

3 Jul 2024Jon is absolutely amazing and comes highly recommended. When the LCD screen on my Reebok treadmill broke, I was at a loss. Jon provided me with the details of where to order the replacement part and even sent me a diagram, showing how easy it was to change the part myself. He could have easily charged me a fortune but was incredibly honest and helpful. An absolute superstar and highly recommended.
