I recently instructed Davisons to sell my property and I was overall impressed with the level of service received. Nazia and her team dealt with the sale. Most of my communication was with Serina who was excellent at providing me with regular updates with the progress of the sale. She always responded in a prompt and professional manner whenever I had a question or query. The only reason I haven't given my review 5 stars is the fact that I hand delivered my contract and transfer deed which I left with the receptionist several weeks prior to exchanging and completing the sale. On the day before the exchange and sale was due to complete Serina informed me that they had not received my signed contracts. This meant I had to go to the offices at short notice to sign both documents again. Given the importance of both documents and time before exchange and completion, it was disappointing that more care had not been taken with these documents and this had not been bought to my attention sooner. Despite this, my overall experience with Davisons was positive and I would certainly consider using them again to buy or sell a property.

I want to thank my solicitor Nazia Aslam for assisting me to buy my house. When I called Nazia she was always available to speak to me and helped me understand the process. She was very professional and I had no probems when going through the paperwork with her. I highly recommend Nazia.

A great team of people who try their very best to help you in professional way while remaining personable! During our sale and purchase of property the team were more than accommodating despite me being in contact very often, showing patience and understanding throughout. Especially on completion day where external factors were against us they got the job done. Eternally grateful for the support and highly recommend!

Davisons dealt with my first house purchase and I was very happy with the service. My solicitor was Nazia Aslam and she was very informative and answered any questions I had through out the whole process. Prabjot Kaur was also extremely helpful and kept me well informed of the process. Process took longer than expected but that was due to the leasehold management company not providing the information in a timely manner, I just stress though that Nazia and Prab were constantly chasing and kept me well informed formed throughout. Would definitely recommend.

I had a brilliant experience with Davisons Law, Coventry branch, If I could give them 10 stars then I would, Dylan and Eleanor were very efficient and thorough and kept me well updated throughout my house sale, Dylan was always very informative and has a great work ethics and easy to contact and made the conveyancing process run very smoothly. The sale went through quickly and I felt very reassured throughout the process. I can’t thank them enough, I’ve made the best decision by choosing them and I will do it all over again with my next conveyance!
