This agency found it appropriate and safe to show me, and many others, a flat with a bathroom completely covered in black mould. They told me the mould was due to structural issues. I wonder if it was inhabited by one of the unfortunate tenants who have also left a bad review here, complaining of damp issues not being fixed, because when I asked how the mould and structural issues would be addressed going forwards, this agent said they don’t know. That is because they do not plan to ever fix it. Interestingly, I also saw this agency advertising a flat in wellend villas, neglecting to include the vital info that the entire estate is undergoing extensive refurbishment for the next two years, with hundreds of balconies being replaced. I hope the unlucky person chose that flat enjoys two entire years of non-stop construction noise. Finally, I enquired about a property this agent had previously advertised for rent, and they straight up lied to me, and said it was never advertised. I have notes and screenshots of it - what a strange thing to lie about. When I confronted them, there was an awkward silence, and they doubled down with their lie. Really makes you wonder what they’re hiding? I don’t usually bother leave reviews for estate agents, as they all appear to engage in some level of lying and deception. But this agent is putting people’s lives in danger by renting out places absolutely covered in black mould. They’re also really bad at lying and need to improve this skill.

Rented with Sure Property for 3 years during my university experience and each year just got worse and worse. Very little to no communication between them and us regarding various issues and deposit returns, ignoring emails and not returning phone calls. Was told multiple times I would receive an email back shortly, only to then wait weeks and not hear anything back. I understand there are issues with landlords that the agents cannot control but their communication is atrocious and attitude over the phone is extremely patronising. Cannot stress enough for university students to find another agency to rent with.

I Have just purchased a property in Brighton for the first time and had the pleasure of dealing with Zena. Zena Has been AMAZING. As a first time buyer she has guided me through the process and also looked out for me to ensure I am receiving the highest quality of service all around even when she did not need to. Zena is professional but so personable. I would feel comfortable to reach out to her at any time no matter how big or small the issue/question was. Going forward I would 100% contact Zena first regarding anything to do with property. I couldn't recommend enough. Zena would always go above and beyond.

Finding somewhere to rent in Brighton can be a nightmare but Sure Property Solutions (SPS) saved the day for me and my partner. As I’m self employed I found the referencing difficult after investing heavily the previous tax year. SPS didn’t write me off, they took time to hear me out. Very personable, reasonable and friendly throughout the whole tenancy. Superb on check in and check out. Highly recommend.

Sure Property Solutions sold us a maisonette in Brighton. They were experts in all aspects of the property and able to answer all kinds of questions about it, as well as knowing the surrounding area very well. Zena's communication throughout the process was exceptional and we received answers very promptly and she kept the buying/selling process going to a smooth conclusion. Very happy with the outcome.
