I contacted True Potential, as wanted some advice regarding my pension, I spoke with Sophia Diggins a representative who listened the my query and my questions. Then she made me a convenient appointment with a true potential pension advisor. Also asked me if it was ok with me , if she could take a few notes to pass on to her colleagues to make things faster and give a more clear picture to the pension advisor. A very well polished and professional attitude and easy to talk too, and very organised sorted out my appointment out in just a few minutes.

i recently had several conversations with Amelia Dunkley in relation to my pension plan. She was very professional, punctual and helpful. She called me several times at an arranged time, never being late.
