Giving them a 1 star is being very nice if I could I would give them a 0 star very dodgy company as they massively undervalued our semi commercial building. The valuer works in favour to the lender. They should value property rather than valuing it in the lenders favour.

VAS have been absolutely fantastic with their communication throughout the process of booking a valuation through gateway for our mortgage. Chloe managed to get us an earlier re valuation to bring this forward into to ensure our mortgage offer did not expire. Highly recommend, nothing is to much trouble.
