Ramsdens - Hillstreet Centre - Middlesbrough

Once I went to the shop I met Beth who is absolutely not fit to be with a client. Very arrogant behavior which I wouldn’t accept even if she was the owner of a shop, let alone in her position.

Went to Ramsdens in the Hill Street Centre. Was appaulled by the customer service from who is thought was sales staff, but said she was the Manager called Beth....I would not waste my time or money here....May report this matter higher up.....

Hubby & I have been into this branch of Ramsdens regularly over the last year. The staff are always so friendly & welcoming & nothing is too much trouble for them. On our most recent visit my Hubby found a ring that he loved but it was the wrong size so they searched their other branches and found almost the same one in another branch. They had it posted to their branch for him to try on and called me to let me know it had strived. I said we will be in at the weekend. We went in on the Sunday and spoke to Diane who has now served us quite a few times. She is so lovely and very helpful and a credit to Ramsdens. Hubby tried the ring on and it fit perfectly so we bought it. Whilst we were there Diane showed us other items which we had expressed an interest in and she was amazing as usual and let us try them on. She pulled up two chairs so that we could rest as I have a new hip so walking isn’t that easy yet. We loved both the items she showed us and we bought them too. Diane was never pushy with the sales which we really appreciated. So we just wanted to say THANK YOU to Diane at Ramsdens in the Hill Street Centre in Middlesbrough once again for your excellent service. Pammy & John x

Sold some gold yesterday and very impressed with price I got. Tried Hilliers first but Ramsden's offered 3 times as much. Would definitely use again. Very professional and great service.
