I used NS Lettings for the management of two rental properties. MMy overall experience with communication and coordination was disappointing. On several occasions, specific questions were not clearly answered, and agreed dates for Fire Risk Assessment works were not adhered to. I also found communication to be inconsistent, with updates on upgrade works not being accurately tracked or clearly reported. Discussions around these issues often became unnecessarily argumentative rather than solution-focused. Following my decision to move to a new management company, the new management requested a copy of the Gas Safety Certificate a few months later but did not receive a response.

Would highly recommend NS Estates for selling property. Very friendly & efficient staff ( Andrea & Chrissi). Was kept updated at all stages of the sale. Thank you.
