We started exploring the potential of buying our rented house so reached out to Kayleigh to give us an idea of what we could afford as first time buyers. Turns out, more than we expected and Kayleigh managed to secure us a great deal with a low deposit but still affordable for our monthly payments! Kayleigh is very knowledgeable when it comes to advice around mortgages and helped us negotiate some anomalies that came up from the mortgage provider and even manage to retain our exchange/completion date when our mortgage provider tried to delay it! We genuinely appreciate all that Kayleigh did for us, including answering our panicked questions of a late evening (she didn't have to) but did with no issue at all.
