I met with Tom from Penguin 5 years ago to discuss my Pension options and arrangements. Having researched a number of different firms in the Cardiff area I decided to try Penguin and have not regretted my decision. My dealings with Tom have always been very professional and knowledgeable. Making decisions about your pension is probably the biggest and most important that you will make financially and Tom has been patient and thorough in reviewing and recommending the various options and way forward. I am naturally very cautious and risk aware and Tom has been great in taking this on board but also providing reassurance that we can also look to use our pension to enjoy life too! This review is primarily based on the service received by Nathan Cardy.
