We had spoken to another mortgage advisor who wanted our whole financial history including pensions before meeting us which was really daunting as first time buyers. Maze and Paul only asked for info required for each part of process, took us through everything step by step. Listened to our needs and gave us advice where we needed it. Paul has been absolutely fantastic, fitting me in for appointments same day to meet deadlines, explaining everything to do with the processes, being realistic about spending & borrowing, discussing future legalities, and calming my nerves and insecurities when it come to filing paperwork!; Paul is so friendly and welcoming, is so down to earth and is always up for a good laugh. Phil equally has been so helpful with constant communication throughout the process, getting me booked in to appointments and also giving future insight and helpful links towards the buying process. A genuine pleasure on the phone! I would never recommend anyone stronger than these guys, they know their stuff and they’re really good at it !!
