We came across Johnstone and Co. via a recommendation through a family member. We were buying our first property so we were completely new to the house buying process. From start to finish, and even post exchange and completion, Elliot has been a massive help. He ensured we got the best mortgage rate possible and regularly kept us updating with fluctuating interest rates and what rates were available on the market. Elliot was helpful, polite, quick and knowledgeable throughout. Buying a house is of course a stressful time but thankfully dealing with Johnstone & Co. was the easiest part. If Elliot was out of office then Michael would pick up the case seamlessly in his absence and getting hold of both contacts was easy. I don’t think I ever had a query go unanswered for more than half a day. I would definitely use Johnstone & Co. again and just want to say thank you in particular to Elliot - you’re very good at what you do!

Elliot at Johnstone & Co went well above and beyond when finding my partner and I the best mortgage deal. He responded very quickly to enquiries and requests (and there were a lot of them from us). Being self employed made getting a mortgage difficult at times. Elliot's expertise was invaluable for us and it would of been much more challenging for us to get a mortgage without his help.
