As a first time buyer myself and my wife found the prospect of purchasing our first home extremely daunting!! They don't teach you how to do that at school! Somehow we got put on to Contractor Friendly Mortgages and thank goodness we did!! We were lucky enough to have the WONDERFUL Kathryn De Lorey who in our opinion went absolutely above and beyond in helping us get the best mortgage deal, I feel she even helped us with stuff not even in her job description!! It was a very confusing time and she really put us at ease, was extremely friendly, professional and considerate every step of the way! I don't think we could have done it without her and we will only be using her from now on. Would 100% recommend to anyone and have already recommended to a brother-in-law another first time buyer.
