If you are a contractor and are told that payments are to be made via this company, my advice would be to avoid. Not only do the "sales Support" team ask for your invoices to be reworded at least 10 times they then take forever to pay. Zero communication unless I'm chasing. For some reason they blame a third party, saying they are asked funder.... as if it isn't their fault. About to start court action. Actual client is really happy and is embarrassed by this finance house's actions.

In all my years in Business I have never come across a company like Azule Finance, without a doubt the most professional and helpful group of people I have ever dealt with. In particular Ramona Culea is a real standout, her communication and customer services skills are the best I’ve ever come across, her consummate professionalism and expertise provided me with so much help when looking into the leasing of a new cinema camera. She provided me with a huge level reassurance during the 2020 COVID-19 outbreak where as a client I felt prioritised and well looked after. Thanks to Ramona I was able to find solutions and answers to any and all financial queries I had at the time. Wether its over email or over the phone Ramona is a delight to converse with and I simply cannot say enough good things about her and the amazing team at Azule. This is a group who really care about the best interests of their clients, if you’re working in the media and technology sector looking for asset finance or leasing solutions then look no further. Very highly recommended.
