I highly recommend you avoid this lender. I received a mail offer and when I called they changed it multiple times. I just wanted to refinance and use my equity and get rid of PMI. They changed my interest rate, terms of loan, requirements of income.. When it came time to close, they haven’t given me any documents to review, then sure enough, the 2 payments that were to be deferred turned into 1 payment with no warning. When I questioned it I was told that I signed the papers so, my problem. They didn’t even try to make it right. I would not use them again.
