Working with Ben my financial planner has been a great experience. He is always approachable, patient, and genuinely cares about helping me in order to make smart financial decisions and purchases. I met Ben in 2017 purely by luck really he was working for Tilney. During our first meeting Bens first comments were how importantly he valued his customers and how he gives 100% support to them and their family circumstances. Very few people make such an impression on me in the first meeting however Ben successfully managed to do so. I gave Ben all my financial information including many pensions etc within less than a week Ben came back with a financial plan which I felt was a perfect plan for us. Ben had tremendous knowledge of all financial sectors extremely accurate with his predictions and very intelligent ways of working. Queries questions and communication he is on it immediately. I trust Ben implicitly and thank goodness that we’re one of his valued customers just like he said we would be in our first meeting together. Well after meeting with Ben a few times face to face, I was confident enough to give him my business Now nearly 3 years on I have not looked back Ben delivered everything he said he would and more! My investments have increased 10 fold. My Pension is extremely healthy and growing by the week. Ben regularly keeps in touch with me and continues to offer sound advice. I recently started my own business and Ben helped me get through setting everything and talked me through what I needed. I now count Ben as a personal friend as well as a business friend.
