Buying property - especially for the first time - ranks quite highly among the most long-winded and difficult experiences out there. Because of that, having somebody who you really feel is both on the ball and in your corner is enormously reassuring. Sadly, that's quite rare - so thank goodness for Shadi! When estate agents, the vendor, and solicitors were dragging their heels, unresponsive, or unable to resolve difficulties, Shadi was always proactive, communicative, and reassuring. Our mortgage needs weren't entirely simple (low income to deposit ratio and an unexpected change in the property valuation midway through the process), but Shadi found ways to make it work and smooth over the bumps in the road. It's also been nearly a year since we successfully completed and moved into our first home, so I can report with the benefit of hindsight that I've had no buyer's remorse over the mortgage Shadi helped us secure. I couldn't recommend his services enough, particularly to first-time buyers - thank you, Shadi!
