After we’d had our initial offer accepted on a property, we were introduced to Rosehill by the estate agent. He also helped us shape our overall offer strategy and advised what to highlight when making our final offer. When our initial lender undervalued the property Faisal acted quickly, engaging with the agent, outlining our options, and recommending the next best steps. This was especially impressive given we were in New Zealand at the time, working around a 13 hour time difference. He secured a second lender for us and through his connections got a new mortgage offer and valuation through with an exceptionally fast turnaround, everything was arranged within six days. I highly recommend Rosehill Financial Services to anyone but especially for first time buyers. As a first time buyer the process can be extremely stressful, but I can honestly say Rosehill made the entire process stress free and easy to understand.
