If it were possible to give less than one star, I would. My experience with this agent has been extremely disappointing. I was sold a new-build property at a price that now appears to be well above market value, as confirmed by the lender’s valuation coming in significantly below the agreed purchase price. This has left me in a very difficult position and unable to close the transaction as originally planned. I could end up losing my deposit. When the issue arose, I repeatedly asked the agent to help explore alternatives, including reassigning the contract. Unfortunately, instead of proactive support, I received little more than empty reassurances with no real solutions. The entire experience has felt focused solely on closing the sale rather than acting in the best interests of the client. I would strongly advise anyone considering working with them to proceed with extreme caution and carry out thorough independent due diligence. Avoid them like a plague!
