As FTBs we had so many questions and queries about how the process works, and Sue was there to help and guide us through every step. Always responsive to my emails and regular calls to just check in, it really does make a difference when you have somebody like Sue on your side :) Our purchase was a bit of journey with us having to pull out of the first place we found & Sue manage to preserve our initial agreed interest rate and port everything to the new property.
