After having a chat with the advisor, I had regular phone calls to be updated about what was happening with interest rates, and then locked it in at the best time. Our advisor took on board our requests about ethical banking and still found us a good deal. Strongly recommended!

They exhausted all avenues with great efforts to find me the right lender and deal, even taking the time to find me a better deal when my circumstances improved half way through the process.
