She’s also advised on a number of other challenging mortgage related questions I’ve had over the last 12 months or so. She’s always taken the time to properly look into different options and then provided clear explanations. Brilliant service. Would absolutely recommend Megan and will be quick to use her again in future.

5 Jan 2022I approached Megan to help with my first mortgage on a recommendation and because of the reviews I saw online. This mistake almost cost me my first home. When I initially met Megan she promised she could secure me a great mortgage, she began applying for the top deals and one after another we had a problem where I hadn't been properly prequalified so wasn't actually eligible for the mortgage or the requested amount was above what that bank would offer in my circumstances. I had to regularly chase Megan about the issues that were resulting from frivolous applications, before eventually instructing her to cease any further activity. I immediately found another mortgage advisor as I was about to lose my house, they were really honest about the previous mistakes meaning that there was a real possibility this could not be salvaged. I was so lucky to find another deal. I don't like leaving negative reviews but I am concerned that as a first time buyer I almost lost my home because of the negligence of a qualified professional. I wouldn't consider using this company again.

3 Feb 2020Megan at the Torpoint branch was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable helping me to secure my first mortgage. As a first time buyer I was clueless when it came to knowing anything about purchasing a home and Megan made me feel at ease and helped every step of the way. She even got me a moving in card for when I got the keys to the property which was a really nice touch. I would highly recommend Megan and Steve Wassell as a company to anyone! Thank you again!
