Buying my property and getting a mortgage was far from simple at the time but Julien made this process as easy as possible with his advice. Nothing was too much trouble and he always took the time to answer any questions I had in detail. Even when he was on leave during this time he made sure things were sorted for me through other members of his team. Everything was dealt with promptly which helped so much. He also helped me to secure a great mortgage at the time which was difficult to get and much better than other offers I was shown by other mortgage advisors before Julien was recommended.
