Having just had an offer accepted by the Vendors on a home we feel we must compliment the Team at Edward Mellor Stockton Heath offices. Our first point of contact was by phone with Joshua who was professional clear and very helpful and arranged viewings efficiently and quickly even squeezing an extra viewing in at short notice, which has ended up being the one we fell in love with. We were met onsite by Sally who again was lovely friendly helpful and very professional whilst making us feel comfortable when viewing with no pressure at all. Finally we had a call from Owen who confirmed our purchase subject to contract and everything was clearly explained and discussed about all the necessary checks and steps to follow and nothing was too much trouble and again Owen was a pleasure to chat to and made us feel at ease with the whole process. Today we met Joshua for another viewing of the house we are buying and what a nice guy to meet up with and he was clearly as happy as we were showing us round the house soon to be our new home. The whole experience up to now has been so good and positive as looking for a new home is not easy but this team are great at helping ease the stress and worry of selling and finding/ buying a home. We cannot praise them enough and look forward to meeting everyone again soon and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend using them to help you find your dream home.
