SHOCKING FIRST TIME EXPERIENCE! No wonder no one has left a review on this company but I am leaving feedback to help support others in the event of the dreadful experience I faced recently. AVOID! Received a callback from the apparent business owner Duncan?? Felt as if the individual was only returning my phone call on the basis of earning commission without even offering professional advice OR even the courtesy of being professional on the phone call! The individual Duncan was quick to pass remarks and insult me as a 1st time mortgage application & then to end my phone call in an abrupt manner. Shocking experience, extremely poor, no customer service skills nor patience - STAY AWAY UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS!!!
