Was given a great deal of time and guidance on getting our last property transaction though which required bridging finance. In fact with out Ascot's follow through, this transaction would not have taken place. Would recommend Ascot's financial services to any one in, or entering the property market.

WoW Kevin and his team are Ace! I have used the sister company (Ascot Mortgages) as my broker for several years now but never considered the bridging arm of the company. When another bridging lender (whos logo is cute purple 8 limbed Cephalopod) pulled out of our bridging loan after taking fees and insisting on a humongous over-priced survey on what we consider a spurious pretext (not related to the value or condition of the property) Kevin and his team stepped in. Kevin, Roxann and Diane liaised closely with me and all concerned to get the purchase back on track. Diane in particular helped calm me down and listened to my raspberries and rants! I highly recommend their excellent communication, advice, honesty and ability to move fast when needed. Thanks Guys. I will definitely use you again going forwards

Highly recommended! Ascot have just lent funds for a project other lenders either wouldn't do or wouldn't lend sufficient funds for. Its not a case of being a bad deal, there were just various issues other lenders wouldn't take the time to see past or said 'doesn't meet criteria'. Ascot however took a completely flexible bespoke approach - just what you need from a bridging lender. Happy broker, happy client!
