My first time working with Cator Wells and Daniel Dawson. I first met Daniel over three years ago when my plans for my development project in Newquay Cornwall were in the pre planning stage. Found Cator Wells when I was scrolling on my phone looking for potential lenders who would support me financially,and having made my initial approach Daniel answered my initial enquiry and we set off on what turned out to be a very long journey,nothing to do with lack of input and support but because my planning was very sensitive and complicated and needed lots of patience in bringing it to a very satisfactory conclusion helped all through the planning process by Daniel and once planning was achieved sourcing the right lender for the project. Daniel ticked all the boxes and on 30th January 2026 we completed on the deal. There were several hurdles to jump but Daniel was there for any problem that needed to be addressed. Nothing was ever a problem and there was never any negative thinking on his part. It was a pleasure to work with Daniel. We had several laughs throughout and of course it helped that we had a common interest in the same great football team.
